Matt and his company Bluestone Asset Management, LLC specialize in operations, project management, strategy, and performance analytics. Matt is a managing member or general partner in several joint-venture real estate projects and syndications including a 12-building scattered site portfolio syndication on the south coast of Massachusetts. Matt enjoys teaching everyday people how and why to diversify their investments to include real estate, actively or passively.
Ryan Emrich
Ryan specializes in acquisitions, investment strategy, financial analysis, tax planning, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Ryan is an experienced real estate professional with a background in finance and accounting. Ryan is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts.

John specializes in development, construction, and remodeling. A licensed contractor and construction supervisor in Massachusetts, John owns construction businesses, including Marchese Development and Kitchens by Lombco. John has over 15 years of experience in the industry.
